About B+L Built
B+L Built is a residential construction company founded by Ben Reid and Liam Guinan in 2020, driven by a simple but powerful purpose: to build with intention, craftsmanship, and integrity.

We're based in Echuca–Moama and proudly service our local region with a hands-on, personalised approach. What started as two builders with a shared vision has grown into a company known for its attention to detail, commitment to quality, and down-to-earth relationships with clients and trades alike.

What We Build
From custom new homes to thoughtful renovations, extensions, and bespoke spaces like outdoor kitchens, studios, or pool houses. We approach every project with the same care, regardless of scale. We don't just build for today, we build for longevity, comfort, and real-life living.

Whether we're working from an architectural plan or collaborating closely with you to bring an idea to life, we prioritise function as much as finish. Because for us, good design is about how something feels as much as how it looks.

How We Work
We're selective with the jobs we take on so we can stay involved, stay present, and stay proud of the outcome. You'll find us on site regularly, working alongside our team and trusted subcontractors, making sure the details aren't missed.

We believe in genuine communication, honest timelines, and clear expectations. We guide our clients through the process, not just with spreadsheets and selections, but with practical insight and straightforward advice.

Our Culture
At B+L Built, we've also made some deliberate choices about how we run our business. We value balance, not just for our clients, but for our team. By fostering a more sustainable work environment, we attract and retain better people, which leads to better builds and a stronger local trade network.

We're proud to be building homes and businesses that contribute to the future of our region and we look forward to continuing to do that with the same purpose and pride that got us started.

Testimonials

I engaged B+L Built for the construction of our new home near Echuca and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. From start to finish, Ben and Liam were professional, reliable, knowledgeable and efficient. We selected a range of materials for the cladding, decking boards and subfloor that were not commonly used, and the team was incredibly enthusiastic and responsive to all my requests. What really impressed me was their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring everything was done right. The quality of their work is simply outstanding. The end result was exactly what I envisioned. If you're looking for a construction company that truly cares about bringing your vision to life, I highly recommend B+L Built.
