Ben Reid is a qualified builder with over 12 years of hands-on experience in carpentry and residential construction. Originally from Queensland, Ben made the move to Echuca–Moama in 2008. Reconnecting with the region where his father and grandparents were raised, and where he's now proud to be raising his own family.

Ben's early career was shaped by his time playing high-level football around the country. After a string of injuries and a shift in focus, he turned to the trade that runs in his family, following in the footsteps of his grandfather Roy, a lifelong carpenter. That legacy, along with a deep passion for building and design, laid the groundwork for what would become B+L Built.

Since co-founding the company in 2020, Ben has gone on to complete both his DB-L (Limited) and DB-U (Domestic Builder Unlimited) registrations, cementing his role as a qualified building practitioner. He brings a strong interest in design detail, sustainable building, and energy-efficient construction to each project.

Outside of building, Ben runs a junior AFL development program The Reid Academy and enjoys life on the farm in Patho with his partner and young family.

Known to most as Rabb, Liam Guinan brings nearly 20 years of experience in the building industry. He began his career at just 16, straight out of St Joseph's College in Echuca, and has been committed to the trade ever since.

Rabb takes the lead on much of the on-site management and coordination, working closely with trades and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly and to B+L Built's high standards. His deep knowledge of construction, hands-on approach, and calm problem-solving style make him an essential part of every build.

He's also known for his loyalty, good humour, and glass-half-full outlook. Traits that help set the tone for a positive team culture and client experience.

Outside of work, Rabb enjoys writing music on guitar, training for triathlons, and most of all, spending time with his young family.
